Administrative Officer (Services) – part-time
Pay scale LC1 SCP 5 – 6 (commencing £18,795 per annum, pro-rata)
Part-time – 19.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 1pm – 5pm, Friday 1pm – 4.30pm (Non-negotiable)
To act as receptionist and perform administrative duties in respect of the Town Council’s community assets;
To be the main contact for enquiries and bookings of the following community assets: Frank Hutchings Community Hall, Burdwood Community Centre, Weekly Friday Market, Henleys Allotments, The Moors Pavilion and playing field, the Broadway Green and other Town Council facilities;
To provide support as necessary to the Services Manager and to generally assist in the efficient running of the Office.
