Henleys Allotments

Henleys Allotments are situated off London Road adjacent to Thatcham Cemetery and Dunstan Green.

To apply for an allotment please complete the “Allotment Tenancy Application Form” and return it to the Thatcham Town Council Offices at Brownsfield Road. You will then receive a letter confirming that you have been added to the waiting list and be contacted again as soon as you reach the top of the list.

These prices are for the allotment year that runs 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021.

Full plot rent

approx. 250 square metres*
£64.00

Half plot rent

approx. 125 square metres*
£32.00

Third plot rent

approx. 85 square metres*
£21.50

Quarter plot rent

approx. 60 square metres*
£16.00

* Plot sizes are approximate.

Please note that there is currently a waiting list for plots.

Concessionary rents are available, to apply please fill out an “Concessionary Rent Application Form” and return to the Town Council offices.
