Each meeting is listed across the top of the table.

• 1 is entered when a Councillor attends the meeting they are appointed to.
• A is entered when a Councillor submits their apologies for the meeting.
• 0 is entered when a Councillor does not attend nor submits apologies for the meeting.
• S is entered when a Councillor is substituting for another Councillor, these attendances are not included in the totals.
